Refund Policy

Refund Policy

1. Deposits

​

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

  • Deposits cover administrative costs, scheduling, staffing, and preparation.

  • Your event is not considered booked until the deposit is received.

 

 

2. Final Payments

 

 

  • Full payment is due prior to the event date as stated on your invoice.

  • Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Client Cancellations

 

 

If you cancel your event:

 

  • More than 14 days before the event:

    • Deposit is non-refundable

    • Any additional payments may be refunded minus non-recoverable costs

  •  

  • 6 days or less before the event:

    • No refunds will be issued

4. Rescheduling

​

​

  • One reschedule request may be granted if submitted at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time only.

  • Rescheduling within 14 days of the event is not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Company Cancellations

​

If Sugar Crown LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, emergency, or events beyond our control):

​

  • A refund of payments made, excluding non-recoverable expenses, will be issued or

  • Payment may be applied to a future event at the client’s option

​

​

6. Weather & Force Majeure

​

​

We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by:

​

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue issues beyond our control

​

​

Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed but may be considered at our discretion.

​

​

7. No-Shows & Early Termination

​

​

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • If services are terminated early due to unsafe conditions, illegal activity, or non-compliance with terms, no refund will be provided.

8. Alcohol Service (Flo’s Mobile Bartending)

​

  • No refunds will be issued due to refusal of alcohol service for intoxication, underage guests, or legal compliance.

  • Client remains responsible for compliance with all alcohol laws.

​

9. Refund Processing

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

​
